Yannick has 25 years experience, including the last 10 years as CFO of companies backed by major Private Equity funds (Oaktree, Brookfield, Providence, Apax) and institutional investors (CPPIB, CDPQ, Tethys, BPI France). He's built, integrated and transformed multiple finance teams across many countries. His expertise spans finance technology, operating model design and implementation and syndicated financing.
He is a qualified CPA, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
Scotland.
Valérie Lam
Valerie has over 20 years experience, running finance and data teams in diverse organisations such as global investments and education groups. She has led transformational initiatives in the fields of financial reporting, FP&A and accounting processes, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the world. She is a qualified CPA, member of CPA Québec.
